Animal meats are important for our body too. Leaner cuts of beef or chicken can be great food. They contain vast amount of myoglobulin, phosphate and protein, and can offer some antidepressive effect.

Learning to have good eating habits should be something fun for your child. Create healthy and funny snacks, for example. Try to include vegetables in snacks also, a tuna sandwich with grated carrot and beet is much more colorful and attractive.
